Zhu Quan, the founder of Xiangtianxia, dropped out of school and came to Chongqing in 1997. He accidentally entered the hot pot industry and has worked in almost every position, including night watchman, dishwasher, janitor, restaurant head, supervisor, floor manager, kitchen cutter, and seasoning chef. Later, he followed a hot pot seasoning master to learn from his mentor. In order to improve his skills, he traveled countless streets and alleys under the scorching sun in Chongqing, visiting over a hundred hot pot restaurants for observation, learning, and theoretical refinement. He himself has a poor digestive system and is very averse to whole animal oil. Inspired by his mother's chopping board, he boldly reformed the all butter hotpot and successfully created a delicious and fragrant pot base that does not cause excessive heat, and obtained an invention patent.

Adhering to the concept of "the taste of food itself", we have successively developed clear oil hot pot and olive oil hot pot, which have been widely praised in the market. In order to spread this pleasant aroma of food all over the world, "Fragrant World Hot Pot" was born.
