Group News | Xiangtianxia Group's New Product R&D PK Competition [Second World] Successfully Held!

The second round of the 2024 New Product Development PK Competition, sponsored by Xiangtianxia Group, was successfully held on September 28th at Jinxi Manor, a carefully selected Chinese food brand under Xiangtianxia Group. It brought a dual feast of visual and gustatory experiences to food enthusiasts! The judges for this PK competition include Mr. Zhu Quan, founder and chairman of Xiangtianxia Group, Mr. He Yu, co-founder and president of Xiangtianxia Group, and Mr. Liu Deyue, general consultant of Sichuan cuisine at Xiangtianxia Group.

On the competition field, nine teams from various stores under the Xiangtianxia Group actively participated and gathered together, showcasing their expertise and interpreting their infinite love and profound understanding of food with delicious dishes of color, aroma, and taste. Each dish is not just food, but also a masterpiece of chefs' ingenuity and exquisite skills, containing a deep understanding and respect for ingredients. The core of this competition is "craftsmanship inheritance", showcasing the chefs' innovative spirit in cooking and the perfect integration of traditional skills through the competition.

At the competition venue, the variety of dishes is overwhelming. From fresh and refreshing cold dishes, unique snacks, to exquisitely designed desserts and fragranthot dishes, each dish embodies the creativity and wisdom of chefs. These are the best annotations to the theme of "opening a new chapter in taste".

On the day of the competition, a special birthday atmosphere display segment was set up, where each store created a lively and unforgettable celebration for the audience with exquisite fruit birthday cakes and enthusiastic performances.

After intense competition, the three culinary masters stood out with their outstanding creativity, superb skills, and unique flavors of the dishes, and won the top three spots in this competition. The organizers presented exquisite trophies and prizes to the winners in recognition of their relentless pursuit and outstanding contributions on the path of food innovation.
